What we look for to be a trusted supplier of APSQ
Explanation
The right company should be willing to talk to you, listen to your requirement, understand your needs and explain you the process. Not trying to just sell you the product without even listening to you but just throwing you with the specials they have for the week or day. If the supplier is pushing you to sign up on the spot it is probably because they don’t want you to do any research.
Paper work
The right company will have the entire documents professional done up with all the ABN, address and phone number including the licence number for you to verify their existence.
The paper work should outline all the job description they are doing for you and the breakdown of the price including GST and you must be given a copy of it on the spot and not “we will send you a copy of it in the mail”
Installation
One of the critical part as you will be paying for the job to be completed with high quality and best outcome. A professional installer should be able to walk you through the process, product and how it works. They should discuss with you the orientation of installation and make sure you are happy with it. After the installation the place should be left clean and tidy.
Warranty
Make sure to ask about warranty that if the panels and or inverter goes faulty who is responsible for everything including the shipping cost and labour cost. This is critical as the product might go faulty and you do not want to be in the situation that you are not covered. If the company has no clear policy of the warranty then we suggest not signing up with these companies.
Customer service and after sales service
It is very important to have a smooth conversation with the people you are dealing with. Be it their customer service officer or on site technician. You should not be going through waiting period of waiting for the call back or them not answering the phone at all. We suggest you deal with company who is prompt on the phone and not only communicate through email.
